Call the Center at 217-446-1300 weekdays, between 8:30 am-5:00 pm or until 8:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
You will be asked to schedule an appointment with an intake counselor who will be able to assess the services best fit to meet your needs.
If you have an emergency and need to speak to somebody immediately after hours, you may call the after-hours pager number provided on the answering machine at these times.
